A Cincinnati Ohio woman stopped into Rally’s to get a quick bite to eat, but instead resulted in a Police investigation.

The unidentified woman described biting into her Rally’s fish sandwich and finding a white clumpy substance laying in the paper the sandwich came in.  She noted the the majority of the substance fell out of the paper.

Undeterred by her hunger, the woman set that fish sandwich aside and ate the other fish sandwich she had ordered.  After she was done dining on her second fish sandwich, she called the police.

Police decided to send some undercover officers into Rally’s after determining the fish sandwich contained approximately 10 grams of crack cocaine.  As a result of their action, a Rally’s employee named Russell Calbert was arrested.  He has been charged with possession of marijuana, but other charges may be filed as a result of the extra toppings on the fish sandwich.

For fear of retaliation, the woman that dined on the tainted fish sandwich does not want to be identified.  According to reports, a pre-trial hearing has been scheduled next month for Russell Calbert.
